After the NAR Settlement shook the industry, Village Properties—an agent-first boutique brokerage—needed to help their agents reassert their value and clearly communicate their services.

Working alongside Tuo Studios, we interviewed leadership and agents to craft messaging that truly captures the Village agent’s story and strengths.

Next, I audited their social channels and developed a content strategy designed to bring that messaging to life — making every post and campaign feel purposeful and aligned.

This project demanded deep industry insight and a nuanced approach to brokerage marketing—supporting agents with messaging that’s both tactical and authentic.
